Physical Activity
We offer a range of activities designed with the beginner or target
group in mind, which aim to encourage some regular activity into daily
lives.

- Active Health Programme - designed
to assist and support those people with specific medical conditions
to improve their overall health.
- Active Adults programmes - targeted
at older adults including walking and weight management classes
suitable for all abilities.
- Active Women programmes - developed
to take into account the needs of women, activities include ante
and post natal sessions, swimming, aerobics and various other women’s
events and clubs.
