NORDIC WALKING 4 WEEK BEGINERS COURSE

No matter how fit you think you are this is for you!

The four one-hour sessions will take you through the technique of Nordic Walking.

We will take you through the 3 levels of Nordic walking intensity, which allow you to work out and reap the benefits of this new activity.

The Physical & Outdoor Team is bringing you a new activity to get you out and active in Glasgow. Nordic Walking is an enjoyable social activity with many benefits.

Here are 4 reasons why you should come and try Nordic Walking.

  2. Your heart rate is generally higher compared to normal walking - but it actually feels easier!
  3. The minimum gear requirements make Nordic Walking accessible to everyone
