Running

Running is a superb way to get fit at your own pace, to strengthen and tone muscles and to beat stress.

We have recently expanded the Running Network programme to both men and women to ensure that everyone has a chance to get started, not matter whether they are first timers or those who want to return to running. The Network is a great way to keep motivated, make new friends and get the most out of your training.

We also organise an annual 5k Fun Run in March and run training courses for 10ks and half marathons for those who want to take things further as their fitness improves.

MEMBERSHIP SCHEME

Join annually and save money. Membership entitles you to run with network classes across the city 7 days per week, 50 weeks of the year, all for £58. This price also includes a running vest, discount on half marathon training and free access to Jog Scotland’s bronze level membership. See list of networks below.

NEW DEVELOPMENTS

RUNNING MUMS / PUSHY PARENTS

6 week block classes which are adapted to the needs of new parents and allow you to stay active with baby on tow! Now running at Bellahouston, Kelvingrove and Pollok Parks.

TRAIL RUNNING

Why not vary your training with off road running in a more natural environment? A great opportunity to try a different running style and enjoy a day out with other runners! Various locations/dates.
